Step 2: Detailed Process Explanation
We clarify the zero-investment model. You learn how we invest, how the 9-year term works, and how you only pay for power at a 10% discount to Govt rates.
Step 3: Technical Design & Quote
Our engineers assess your site and propose a capacity (kW). We share a detailed savings report, visual roof layout, and the clear tariff structure.
Step 4: Agreement (PPA) & Landowner NOC
We sign the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) outlining terms. Crucially, we coordinate with your landlord to get the No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Step 5: We Install, You Start Saving
We handle installation, safety checks, and commissioning. Once live, you start receiving discounted monthly bills. Savings start Day 1.

How long does this process usually take?
Typically 8-12 weeks from the initial meeting to commissioning, depending on local DISCOM approvals.
Who interacts with the landlord for NOC?
We assist fully. We provide standard templates and explain the technical safety/benefits to the landlord to ensure they are comfortable.
When do we start paying for electricity?
Only after the plant is fully installed, commissioned, and electricity starts flowing to your distribution board. No costs are incurred before that.
